Civil Engineering - PhD

Civil Engineering Department at IITRAM offers PhD in the following specializations in both regular and part-time category-

1. Environmental Engineering
2. Geotechnical Engineering
3. Hydraulics and Water Resources Engineering
4. Remote Sensing and GIS
5. Structural Engineering
6. Transportation Engineering

A PhD student is expected to finish at least 3 domain specific courses (with at least 10 credits from theory courses.) as advised by their PhD supervisor. The following courses are compulsory

1. Research methodology
2. Seminar
