IITRAM is Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research and Management. It is established to facilitate and promote studies, research, technology incubation, product innovation and extension work in the field of infrastructure science, technology and management education and also to achieve excellence in higher technical education and other matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. It is established by the Government of Gujarat vide Gujarat Act No.5 of 2013 as an Autonomous University. It is a Government of Gujarat initiative.

IITRAM provides hostel facility at the distance of about 1 k.m

IITRAM is having Library Resource Center with Books, e-books, magazines, educational CDs, audio visual section, reading room, WIFI system, RFID Technology, online resources, e-resources, etc. available in the library. You may also visit Library page

IITRAM is having cafeteria in it’s own campus to provide good quality food to the students at nominal rate with an objective to put a smile back on the student’s face.

IITRAM is having in-house medical facility and has appointed full time doctor to take care of health related issues of the IITRAM family. You may also visit Medical page

To be an inspiration, the students can take advantage of available facilities of indoor and outdoor games like chess, carrom, table tennis, volleyball, badminton, etc., while the Entertainment Area provides refreshing time to the students as they are provided LCD TV with set top box facilities in the hostel. The Institute is also having Gymnasium equipped with advancement for physical exercise.

IITRAM has full-fledged Center of Excellence (CoE) in the field of Industrial Machinery. This center provides state of the art training to the undergraduate and post graduate students in the field of automation, design, mechatronics, process control, project life cycle management and related topics. IITRAM encourages Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). MOOCs offered free by top-ranking academic institutions like Harvard, MIT, Stanford, UC Berkeley and many others have created a great impact on the higher education front throughout the world. IITRAM students and faculties do register and complete these courses. About 400+ registrations done by the students and faculties for various courses and about 115+ certificates are earned so far.

The approved intake of the Institute is 60 seats in each branch of engineering.

At present, fees for the student is Rs.1,25,000 per annum. However, if the admission is done through ACPC, than for Gujarat domicile boys it is Rs.65000 per annum and for Gujarat domicile girls it is Rs.50000 per annum.

The student can take the advantage of the hostel facility having spacious and well-furnished room, study room, etc. by paying Rs.1000 per month. You may visit: Hostel
