Research

Best Paper Award (03):

1. “Comparative Analysis on the Climate Impact Assessment of 3D Printing Materials” has been awarded the Best Paper at the 4th International Conference on Sustainable Technologies and Advances in Automation, Aerospace and Robotics (STAAR-2025), held at VIT Bhopal University from 17/12/2025 to 18/12/2025.

2. Manan Shah received the Best Oral Presentation Award at the International Conference on Advanced Materials and Mineral Processing, organized by The Indian Institute of Metals and Department of MSME, IIT Hyderabad, held from December 4–6, 2025.
3. Tarun Rizwani received the Best Paper Award for “Design and Development of a System for Converting Waste PET Bottles into Recycled Filament for FFF” in the Manufacturing Science category at ICFAMMT 2026, IITRAM, Ahmedabad.

Technical

1. Adidev Shah, Falgun Baria, Dhyan Patel, and Husain Lokhandwala's team successfully advanced from Level I (Ideation) to Level II (Proof of Concept) in ROBOFEST-GUJARAT 5.0.
2. Ajaat Kaushikeya, Advika Verma, and Aaditya Aaryan won the First Prize at IFAT India 2025, Mumbai. Their innovative work on sustainable water and wastewater management earned them this achievement, and they represented India on a global stage in Germany.
3. Team CODE CLASHERS (Nal Joshi, Neil Joshi, Neeil Joisher, Rushil Amerliya, Madhav Sorathiya) for their remarkable performance at Tech TrekRelay 2025 organized by IEEE Ahmedabad University Student Chapter and IEEE Gujarat.

6. Husain Lokhandwala, Dhyan Patel, Falgun Baria and Adidev Shah, guided by Dr. Ajit Kumar, Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, secured a cash prize of ₹2,00,000 at Robofest Gujarat 5.0 for their innovative project on Aerial Minefield Navigation, demonstrating outstanding technical skill and teamwork.
7. Shivesh Singh achieved Third Position in the Autonomous Maze Solver event at Drobotics Conclave 2026 and won a cash prize of ₹10,000.
8. Husain Lokhandwala, Adidev Shah, Falgun Baria, Dhyan Patel, and Mentor Dr. Ajit Kumar have been shortlisted for the Qualification Round of IRoC-U 2026 – ISRO Robotics Challenge, organized by U R Rao Satellite Centre, Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Bengaluru.
9. Manan Shah secured the First Prize in Pitch Your Ideas during Udagam-IAC at IITRAM and won a cash prize of ₹25,000.
10. Daksh and Vishwa Parmar secured the Second Prize in Pitch Your Ideas during Udagam-IAC at IITRAM and won a cash prize of ₹15,000.
11. Devanshi Kaushik secured the First Prize in Startup Idea Pitch during Flux 2.0 Technical Fest at IITRAM and won a cash prize of ₹10,000.
12. Daksh and Vishwa Parmar secured the Second Prize in Startup Idea Pitch during Flux 2.0 Technical Fest at IITRAM and won a cash prize of ₹7,000.
13. Het Sachaniya and Pratham Gandhi secured the Third Prize in Startup Idea Pitch during Flux 2.0 Technical Fest at IITRAM and won a cash prize of ₹4,000.
14. Daksh Vyawhare secured 1st Prize at Startup Hunt, organized by E-Cell IIIT Pune, competing among 380+ teams and winning a cash prize of ₹10,000.
15. Hardik Bharati (4th Year, Electrical Engineering) secured the Second Prize at the Drone Grand Prix under Lakshya 2.0, held at LD College of Engineering.

Sports

1. Pranjal Mewda (B.Tech Mechanical Engineering) secured 1st Position (Gold) in Khel Mahakumbh 3.0 district level under the Under 40kg – Open Age category.
2. IITRAM NSS Volunteers won the Heritage Treasure Hunt Championship on World Heritage Day.
