Research Funding Opportunities

The Institute encourages the faculty, and research scholars to explore possibilities of funding for research at regional, national and international levels through public institutions, private industries, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) as well as through opportunities for public-private partnership. The faculty members are writing proposals to GUJCOST, GSBTM, Government department and PSUs at regional level, and National level funding agencies like Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Department of Science and Technology (DST), University Grants Commission (UGC), Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), BRNS, DRDO etc., in addition to funding opportunities from the industry.
