How to recruit?

  • T&P Cell sends the invitation to prospective Employers along with Job Announcement Form (JAF) and Internship Announcement Form (IAF). Alternatively, Employers may also approach the T&P Cell, IITRAM for Campus recruitments
  • Employers fill in JAF or the IAF furnishing the complete details of
    1. Company Profile
    2. Job Profile
    3. Eligibility Criteria
    4. Compensation Details
  • Pre-placement Talks (PPTs) are conducted on a mutually convenient date
  • Filled JAF or IAF is floated amongst the registered and eligible students to
    1. Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate at the company’s process
  • EOIs along with the students’ updated resume is shared with the Employer for shortlisting
  • Campus Drive is scheduled on mutually convenient date post PPTs
  • Companies are expected to complete their screening process in the allotted slot and share the offer
  • Appointment letters are expected to be released within 2 weeks from the date of offer
