Welding serves as a crucial fabrication method across various industries, irrespective of their size. It is the primary technique employed for both manufacturing and reconstructing metal goods. The process is efficient and economical as a means of joining metals. This process has many applications in the air, underwater, and in space. In this paper, TIG welding processes are used to join Nickel Alloy, which is Monel 400 grade. In this TIG welding process, ERNICu-7 filler with grade 60, which has similar properties to Monel 400, is used. The experiment is conducted with constant welding speed of 51 mm/min with varying current at different stages. This paper specifically examines the examination of flaws and evaluation of strength in Monel welds achieved through the C-TIG welding process. To assess the existence of defects and determine the tensile strength of the welds, X-ray radiography and a universal testing machine were utilized as analytical tools, respectively. The results indicated that the material withstood a current of 120A during the experimental procedures.
