This work deals with the experimental analysis of the laser drilling operation on GFRP composites. CO2-based laser technology has been used in the experiment. For that, laser speed and laser power have been considered as input parameters and the output responses have been measured in terms of kerf width and roundness. The experimentation is based on Taguchi’s L9 design of experiment. Parametric optimization of the process has been accomplished by means of grey relation analysis. A set of parameters having a laser speed of 15 m/s and laser power of 150 W is optimum.
