Two-Day Leadership Seminar

Nurturing Future Leadership Program, under the aegis of Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme (MMTTP) (A Ministry of Education, Government of India, and UGC initiative), is a prestigious, selection-based leadership development programme envisioned to make “Everyone a Leader” to be able to create an empowered workforce with an open and participative culture. The program was funded by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The mission of MOE, GOI and UGC is to make "Everyone a leader" but all the faculty colleagues were not able to attend the NFLP due to constraints. In this direction a Two-day Leadership seminar (15 -16, July 2025) is envisioned to help IITRAM faculty colleagues to learn leadership skills through the sharing of the precious experiences and learnings gained by the 6 IITRAM faculty colleagues while attending NFLP programs at renowned institutions across the country.
