Col. Manik Anand is a second-generation military professional with extensive experience in computerised war gaming, financial planning, and healthcare management in the government sector. He has instructor grading in various professional courses, as well as keeps himself updated with national and international events, including developments in the field of military technology. Col. Anand specialises in strategic planning, team building, and turning around organisations' productivity. <br/> He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Health Care Administration/Management and is a Life Member of the Research Foundation of Hospital and Healthcare Administration. The officer at present is heading the Aerospace Division at Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence and currently handling various Aerospace Projects, International Defense Cooperation with friendly foreign countries with the help of Industry Associations and Defence Public Sector Undertakings. His efforts to acquire niche technologies, such as JVs, ToT with companies in Aerospace & Defence Sector as part of ensuring "Technological Atmanirbhar Bharat" under " Make in India & Make for the World" theme as per the government policy.
