LRC has taken up an Institutional Membership of The British Council Library, Ahmedabad (Access 10).
An institutional member will get 10 Library Identity Cards on which we can borrow 1 training CD and 30 items form general books /magazines /DVDs /Audio-Video CDs at a time. Moreover member can avail Inter Library Loan facility (amongst all British Libraries in India). If any user would like to use/refer British Council Library - Ahmedabad, please issue British Library Member Card to LRC.

General Guidelines for User:
You can borrow items for 21 days.
Borrowed items may be renewed once, provided they have not been requested or reserved by another member.
You can reserve a document which is currently on loan (by paying INR 5).
You can also request a book or DVD through our inter-library loan service (User to pay INR 50).
If you can return items late, we will charge INR 5 per day per book/magazine and INR 10 per day per DVD.
If you lose your card, we can give you a new one (user to pay INR 100).
All belongings that do not belong to the library are to be deposited at the security desk.

Tuesday – Saturday: 11.00 am to 7.00 pm
Sunday: 10.00 am to 4.00 pm
Closed on Monday and Notified Public Holidays
