    The present invention relates to METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR DATA RATE BASED PERIPHERAL SECURITY which is further use for an authorization or recognition function. The present invention is directed to a security arrangement and method for monitoring the inside/outside entry of secured peripheral area. This invention relates to a peripheral, often portable, device (as well as the methods employed by such a peripheral device, and systems including such a peripheral device and a host central command device with which the local geographical command device communicates) that can communicate with a central host device to enable one or more security operations to be performed by the peripheral device.
