The Laboratory for Manufacturing Processes comprises of fundamental experiments that promotes sustainable manufacturing.
We aim to achieve leadership in the sustainable manufacturing. The target is to positively influence government, industry, and the society to adopt sustainable practices through education, collaboration, and the development and implementation of appropriate technologies and policies. Sustainable development can be defined as the capacity to meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
